2011 Tournament Registration Packet

To the Team Manager or Membership Coordinator:

Welcome!  Our tournaments are the showcase for your teams.  By completing the registration process, you help us create a wonderful experience for your students.

• Regional Tournament Fees per Team: Early bird discount $70.00 if paid by or before January 18, 2011 for DI teams.  Special offer for high school teams who competed in the AEM Construction Challenge:  Early Bird discount offer is extended until Feb 1st. After the early bird discount dates, you can still register but the fee for the Regional Tournament will be $100.00 per team.

• The Regional Tournament Registration Process has four parts:

1.     Team Registration Form

2.     Appraiser Registration Form

3.     Volunteer Registration

4.     Payment of Fees

Central South Regional Tournament is Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Broadmoor Junior High, 501 Maywood, Pekin. Appraisers Training will be February 19, 2011.

Far North Regional Tournament is Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Juarez Middle School in Waukegan. IC Appraiser Training will be held Feb.5th in Deerfield. Team Challenge Appraiser Training will be held on Feb.26th in Waukegan.

North Central Regional Tournament is Saturday March 5, 2011  at Hadley JHS in Glen Ellyn. Team Manager Training will be held in Villa Park Nov 5th and 12th. Appraiser Training will be held Feb.19th in Glen Ellyn. .

Affiliate Tournament will be held April 9, 2011 at ISU, 100 North University Street, Normal in the Central South Region. More information will be available soon.

Payments may be in the form of a Check or Money Order**, made payable to your Region: Central South IL DI, North Central IL DI or Far North IL DI.

**Please be sure a notation is made on the check/money order of which team and membership # it is for. This is especially important when one check is for multiple teams.

Remember that the Registration Process has four-parts- Team Registration Form, Appraiser Registration Form, Volunteer Registration Form, and Payment of Fees.  You have until our deadline- January 18, 2011- to complete all forms and pay all fees. Please try to do the Team Registration form as soon as possible. 

Be sure to complete ALL the Steps. Registration is not considered to be finalized until all parts have been submitted, including all fees paid.
