Training Contest Announcement! Deadline extended!
ILDI Training MeDIa Challenge
Challenge:
Make a humorous visual media product (Power Points are so last century!) – live or animated – not more than 5 minutes in length explaining the information from the Rules of the Road in one of three areas – Interference, Side-Trips, or Team Budget and Expense Reports.
Time:
You have until January 1, 2011 to post your visual media product(s) on You Tube (see special instructions). All submissions become the property of ILDI and could be used in training, even if not selected as a winner.
The Scene:
New team managers have to absorb a lot of information in a short amount of time. The Rules of the Road is 55 pages long. ILDI is looking for the next Steven Spielberg or Matt Groening to make videos that can be entertaining and informative. Experienced DIers know that Interference, Side-Trips and Expense Reports are usually the most misunderstood areas for new teams.
Scoring:
The winner in each category will receive:
$50 ITunes Card for a humorous visual media product explaining Interference
$50 ITunes Card for a humorous visual media product explaining Side-Trips
$50 ITunes Card for a humorous visual media product explaining Expense Reports, highlighting exempt items.
All material must be G-rated. If it doesn’t say you can’t you can! Yes, you could win one or all three! Winners will be posted on ILDI Facebook page and at www.illinoisdestinationimagination.org.
Special Instructions:
